Video Archive: This Is The Day (Take II)

Although I’ve already posted a version of this song it bears a second outing as this live version is a little more vitriolic (and as this is scheduled to post whilst I’m lying in a hospital bed after having large bits cut out of me then just maybe I might have this song in my head at some point if indeed there’s enough of me left to conjure up such a memory).

It’s still hard to believe that it was used in the US for an advert for M&M’s (they really didn’t listen to the song did they. I’m sure Matt Johnson must have had a wry smile on his face when he gave permission (if indeed he did as often many writers can find they have no control over how their music is used).
