There seems to be a problem with the figures. According to my pocket calculator, 75% + 75% = 150% which is obviously absurd in the context.
I am also bemused by the statement that “Demand can no longer meet supply”. That means we are producing more than we can use and that’s surely a good thing, isn’t it?
